McCain is a Panderer and Liar Willing to Say Anything to Get Elected

And you shouldn’t vote for him.

Here’s a list of issues about which McCain has reversed his stance and in some cases outright lied about his former positions on those issues. The list includes links to videos showing him saying one thing and then another.

Hey, you don’t like Obama because of how you really feel about a black president? Fine. Be a closet bigot and blame it on Obama’s experience. Just please don’t vote another confirmed panderer into office this time.

Del.icio.us Spam

I used to see these things all the time several months ago but it seemed like Del.icio.us had got the hang of it and cleared out the idiots.

Today it looks like the spammers are back. In today’s most popular links on Delicious, 6 of the top 25 most popular links all go to one web site and were all first saved by spammer buddayoga871.

How to spot a spammer: the user name is one or two words followed by a number. Red flags should immediately go up. Further investigation into their linking habits will confirm or deny their spamminess. There’s probably a nice algorithm somewhere that can sniff these things out. Might be an interesting project for a computer science class.

Why Do SimplyHired and Indeed Look the Same?

Just wondering. Because they do. Uncanny. Here’s Indeed. Here’s SimplyHired. Click around both sites. Indeed goes the way of Google on the home page. SimplyHired shows a little more.

Beyond that, though, the search results, the menus, the layout of items on the page, they all look like they were designed by the same person. Hmmm.
